Recently I’ve got into Qt/C++ programming in QtCreator – which looks very promising mostly because of module named QtWebengine. It’s based on Chromium browser HTML/CSS content display widget for native C++ applications in Qt. It let’s you to design your interface just as a website while taking over clicks and executing code in C++.
Such mixed programming may be the new way to look on desktop applications that merge local HTML files, networked PHP/MySQL solutions with power of native C++ code on client machine.
For programmers it’s also convenient and easy way to join regular widgets with Web parts – making programming easy while also more rich visualy because of HTML/CSS parts.
